Supervision is available for Psychologists and allied health clinicians interested in furthering their abilities in Neurodivergence-affirming assessment skills, report writing and clinical practice. I am a Board Approved Supervisor meaning I can act as a supervisor for 4+2 and 5+1 pathways. I am able to act as a secondary supervisor for registrar programs.
I am also proud to offer supervision and training to teachers and education professionals. Relevant and requested topics include working with students who have PDA profiles of Autism, developing classroom-wide supports, accommodations and adjustments; and understanding the sensory/social/attentional impacts of classrooms and learning environments on Neurodivergent students.
Conducting affirming Autism/ADHD assessments with children, adolescents and adults.
Masked, camouflaged and internalised Autism/ADHD/Neurodivergence.
Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profiles of Autism.
Report writing using affirming language.
Affirming clinical practice (especially with Autistic girls, women and non-binary people).
Supporting Neurodivergent clinicians, particularly those working with Neurodivergent clients.
When working on report writing through supervision, my approach is to support and coach supervisees to practice affirming writing themselves, then to consult with me so I can assist, guide and edit. This approach means that the development of affirming thinking, conceptualising and writing happens via genuine learning and collaboration.
For the purpose of transparency, I do not share de-identified report samples or report templates as these are my intellectual property.
Supervision is offered at a standard rate of $200 per 1 hour session, inclusive of GST. Following from supervision of report writing skills, I offer review of reports. Fees for this are negotiable depending on your specific needs.
How do I pay?
Fees are processed securely online via debit/credit card. When completing supervision information and consent forms online, you will be asked to enter your card details which are encrypted and stored securely in the booking system (Halaxy). Payment is then deducted from your card automatically at the time of session.
I can only act as a secondary supervisor for Psychologists completing registrar/endorsement programs. I am currently an Educational and Developmental Psychologist Registrar and will be able to offer primary registrar supervision for this area of practice after holding endorsement for two years, and gaining further Board Approval.
You will receive an appointment reminder via email 2 business days prior to each appointment. You will also receive an SMS 24 hours before the appointment requiring you to confirm or cancel. Please give at least 24 business hours (1 business day's) notice if you need to cancel your appointment (e.g. replying to the reminder email) so that your time can be offered to other supervisees on the cancellation list.
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or that are not attended, will be charged the session fee in full. This will need to be paid before further appointments are booked.
Accounts must be balanced before future supervision sessions can be confirmed.
Supervision invoices must be paid promptly by supervisees unless third-party payment (e.g. by a workplace) has been organised in advance and consented to in writing by the third-party and myself. This is to prevent invoices becoming overdue.
